We’re here to make your stay or day visit feel relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable from the very first moment.

To ensure a pleasant, safe and well-balanced experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are respected during your stay.

 

General Stay Guidelines

• Guests are expected to respect the property, shared spaces and other visitors at all times
• Quiet hours should be observed, particularly during late evening and early morning
• Any damage to property, equipment or facilities may result in additional charges
• All areas should be used responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose

Pool Use & Safety

• A certified lifeguard is present during the summer season (10:00 – 21:00)
• Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian
• Running or unsafe behavior around the pool area is not permitted
• Pool hygiene is maintained daily and monitored by a certified professional

Use of the pool and surrounding areas is at the guest’s own responsibility. The property cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from improper use, lack of supervision or failure to follow safety guidelines.

 

Playground Use

• The playground is available free of charge for all staying guests throughout their stay
• Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult
• Equipment should be used safely and appropriately

The management is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

 

Events & Gatherings

• The property may host children’s parties, small events and private gatherings
• All events must be arranged in advance with management
• Respect for other guests, the property and operating hours must be maintained
• Use of the space may be combined with pool and café–snack bar services

Day Visitors

• Non-residents may access the facilities with a daily entrance fee
• Access is subject to availability and operating hours
• All visitors are required to follow the same rules and guidelines as staying guests

 

Health & Hygiene

• All facilities are maintained according to hygiene and safety standards
• Pool water quality is regularly monitored by certified professionals
• Guests are expected to follow basic hygiene practices when using shared areas
• Visitors should avoid using shared facilities if feeling unwell

Safety & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times
• The property is not liable for loss, damage or theft unless required by applicable law
• All facilities should be used with care, awareness and respect for others
